The location of this hotel was perfect for our family trip. We were able to easily access the nearby Ridgeway for a beautiful walk thanks to the convenient bus service. Having a Morrisons and Costa across the road made it easy to grab a quick breakfast before heading out for the day. Our room was clean and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a pleasant stay. the kids loved having their own little table and chairs to enjoy snacks or play games. And the fact that the hotel provided crockery, cutlery, and a fridge made it easy for us to store and prepare snacks for the little ones. But what really stood out to us was the excellent customer service. When we accidentally left a phone charger behind, Stuart went above and beyond to return it to us in Wendover. This level of care and attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. Our family had a wonderful experience at this hotel. the convenient location, comfortable room, and outstanding customer service made it a perfect choice for our trip.
